Refund policy
There are no returns on KiyyExtensions LLC. hair all sales are FINAL!!! For accessories please be sure to email us your order#, full name, along with the name of the item stating the reason for your return/refund. All items must be returned the same exact way it was received and must be within a 14 day time period from the time you've received your merchandise, from there we will analyze the conflict and start the process of your refund (REFUNDS ARE ON ACCESSORIES ONLY).
Returns and refunds policy that complies with Klarna's 14-days returns & refunds policy (that is the customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery as long the items are returned unopened & undamaged. This cannot be compensated via store credits and should apply for all items.
