Allow at least 2-4 business days for your order to be processed, once processed your order will be shipped out and you will immediately receive a tracking number to the phone number and/or email you have provided us with. Standard shipping takes  approximately 3-5 business days excluding weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and holidays. Tracking 
Once you have received your tracking number please allow up to 24hrs to receive an update to your tracking. Please remember you will not receive any updates on tracking while your order is still in the process of being FULFILLED/PROCESSED. After all packages are sent out and you've obtained your tracking KIYYEXTENSIONS LLC. is not responsible for any transit delays, weather delays, natural disaster, or holiday delays.

REFUND POLICY
There are no returns on KiyyExtensions LLC. hair all sales are FINAL!!! For accessories please be sure to email us your order#, full name, along with the name of the item stating the reason for your return/refund with photos of damage. All items must be returned the same exact way it was received and must be within a 14 day time period from the time you've received your merchandise, from there we will analyze the conflict and start the process of your refund (REFUNDS ARE ON ACCESSORIES ONLY).
